Notification of Acceptance: Week of January 10, 2021
Accepted Artwork Drop Off: February 4, 12-6pm, February 5, 12-9pm, February 6, 12-6pm, February 12, 12-5pm, February 13, 12-5pm
Exhibition Opens: Friday, March 5, 2021, 6-9pm
Pick Up Dates: May 8, 5-7pm, May 9-10, 12-6pm

Delivery of Works
All accepted works must be delivered to RoCo on the designated drop off days:
Thursday, February 4, 12-6pm
Friday, February 5, 12-9pm
Saturday, February 6, 12-6pm
Friday, February 12, 12-5pm
Saturday, February 13, 12-5pm


Display
Works must be displayed throughout the entire length of the exhibition. All 2D artworks must be wired to hang. All 3D artworks must be stable and able to sit on pedestals provided by the gallery. Please include any special hanging/install suggestions with your submission.

Commissions
Artists may, but are not required to, offer works for sale. Any sales that occur during the show will be run through RoCo. A small 25% commission will go to the venue, with 75% going to the artist. Sales checks will be mailed to the artist within 30 days of the exhibition closing date.

Artwork Pick-up
All accepted works must be picked up from RoCo at the end of the exhibition on one of the following dates: May 8, 5-7pm, May 9-10, 12-6pm. RoCo is not responsible for the return of any artwork(s) if unclaimed, or when no arrangements have been made.
